 I am an enterprise AI practitioner with a fairly specific obsession: the gap between what AI can do and what organisations are actually ready to govern. I have spent years working at the intersection of technology and accountability, which mostly means asking the questions nobody wanted asked. 

 Practitioner guides, frameworks, and straight commentary on AI governance, enterprise AI strategy, the Microsoft 365 and Copilot ecosystem, and supply chain risk intelligence. No hype. No breathless capability announcements. Just the operating model reality that most vendors would rather you did not think too hard about.
